Born in 1982 in Sanandaj located in Eastern Kurdistan, Siavash Vaziri is a screenwriter and director who has attended several film-making courses including that of Iranian Young Cinema Association (Sanandaj branch,2000) and ever since has directed and co-directed some experimental films. More recently he has participated in some projects as an assistant director and actor. He holds a Master of Arts in English,speaks English fluently and has translated a good number of screenplays.He is also interested in literature and has published a collection of his poems ( 2017).
