Kaziewa Film Production was founded in 2020 to function as an independent Kurdish film-making studio. The founders of Kaziewa Film Production comprise the following people, Payam Kurdistani , Siavash Vaziri and Bahman Rezaei each of whom has certain cinematic experiences at a personal level. Our vision in Kaziewa is a reinterpretation of kurdish cinema which could help the produced films fit international standards.To reach this goal, Kaziewa Film production aims to produce films which could meet international standards in such forms as short and feature size drama, documentary and animation. The production committee of Kaziewa comprising the founders and our professional partners has been organized to monitor the three main  procedures involved in the film-making process including the development of ideas into the final script,the production process (pre-production, production and post production) as well as the international distribution of the works. Kaziewa is characterized by its startup nature and dares to produce distinctive films of all genres and styles. To serve this goal, the Research and Development department of Kaziewa has organized its activities around such areas as analyzing high-ranking international film festivals, studying great cinematic works, monitoring technological advancements in the film industry and identifying new talents who could contribute to diverse aspects of the field. The findings of the Research and Development department is then presented to the production committee and other active parties to boost the quality of production.
